Registration for the Communicable Diseases & Immunisation Conference 2024 is now open. Below is an outline of registration types and costs. 

​

In 2024, the Communicable Diseases & Immunisation Conference offers face-to-face registrations plus the new Plenary Hub registrations. This means that you have the option of attending the Conference in person in Brisbane or online via the Plenary Hub.

​

Groups of 2+ registrations can use the group registration portal at the bottom of the page. 

​

What is included in the F2F Conference registration fee?

We will be providing you with our traditional three-day day conference format, which includes live plenary and concurrent sessions.

Inclusions for Registration:

  • Admission to the Conference Sessions for the Conference dates;

  • Admission to the Communicable Diseases & Immunistion exhibition for the Conference dates;

  • Delegate materials (such as Conference program);

  • Morning, Afternoon Teas and Lunches for the Conference dates;

  • Access to conference content via the online portal for up to 3 months after the close of the conference;

  • Ticket to the Welcome Networking Function, Tuesday 11 June 2024;

  • Access to purchase tickets to the Conference Dinner, Wednesday 12 June 2024. Tickets on sale from 5 May 2024.

  • All prices are in AUD and GST inclusive.

 

In addition to the face-to-face components, you will also have access to the online Plenary Hub content for viewing at your leisure. You will also be able to connect with other delegates via the Plenary Hub, which offers one-on-one text and video meetings throughout the Conference dates.

  • If you are registering as a full-time student, you may be asked to show evidence of your full-time student status. 

  • To be eligible for the member rate you must be a current member of the PHAA.

What is included in the Plenary Hub registration fee?

 In 2024 the 'Plenary Hub' will replace the previous 'hybrid' conference format.

The plenary hub experience will include:

  • Live streamed plenary sessions

  • Written questions to keynote speakers through the live Q&A function

  • Plenary session recordings available on demand for 3 months following the conference

  • Delegate hub (ability to connect with other delegates)

  • Sponsor & exhibitor information

 

The plenary hub experience will not include:

  • Recorded or live concurrent sessions

  • Sponsor & exhibitor interaction

  • Virtual networking sessions

  • To be eligible for the member rate you must be a current member of the PHAA.

  • There is no Earlybird rate for Plenary Hub Registrations.
