1. Please find attached the Floor Plan for the Exhibition – CDIC 2024 Hall 1 and 2 Brisbane Convention Centre.
    

2. Please find attached the Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre (BCEC) Exhibitors Information Guide. The guide will have all the answers. Exhibitors wanting to place orders and receive quotes for services from BCEC use the following link: Please click here to place an order for CDIC24
    

3. Exhibitors must send custom stand plans to Lily from BCEC and cc Mandy in from PHAA for approval -  exhibitorservices@bcec.com.au by/or before Tuesday 2 April 2024.
    

4. All exhibitors must use a Freight Forwarding organisation for goods going in and out of the Brisbane Convention & Exhibition Centre.

                   GEL Events have been contracted as the preferred Freight Forwarder for the CDIC24.

                   Onsite bookings: All forklifting and storage requirements must be submitted via the form.

                   Labels: Freight must be labelled with stand name & stand number – If using GEL, they will provide you a label

                   Move in.

                        Deliveries: Monday 10th 7am – 11am

                        Build access: Monday 10th 9:30am – 2:30pm

                   Move Out.

                        Collections: Thursday 13th until 9pm

                        Build Access: Thursday 13th 4pm – 9pm

   6. If you are planning on having a Coffee Machine on your stand, you will need to complete the Food Beverage External             Supply Request Form attached.
       Email Completed form to Lily, Exhibitor Services BCEC, exhibitorservices@bcec.com.au
       Email a copy of the form to Mandy, PHAA mwinter@phaa.net.au
